We’re dedicated to delivering top-tier grooming experiences with precision, style, and professionalism. The following policies help us maintain a consistent and respectful environment for every client. 

 


Appointments & Walk-Ins 


  • Book your appointment online at clipperandculture.com or walk in. 
  • Clients with appointments are given priority, but we do our best to accommodate walk-ins whenever possible. 

 


Cancellations & No-Shows 


  • Please cancel at least 2 hours in advance
  • Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings. 

 


Late Arrivals 


  • A 5–10 minute grace period is allowed. 
  • Arrivals beyond this window may result in forfeiting your slot, and a new appointment may be necessary. 

 


Payment 


  • We accept cash, card, and contactless payments through Square
  • All prices include VAT where applicable. 
  • Tips are always appreciated but never expected. 

 


Refunds 


  • We do not offer cash refunds for services. 
  • If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 48 hours so we can provide a solution (such as an adjustment or redo). 

 


Hygiene & Health 


  • Tools are disinfected thoroughly between every client. 
  • If you’re feeling unwell or have a contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment. 

 


Children 


  • We’re happy to welcome children for haircuts, but they must be supervised at all times

 


Loyalty Card 


  • One loyalty card per person. 
  • Earn one stamp per visit, regardless of service. 
  • After 4 visits, get 50% off your 5th service
  • After 9 visits, your 10th service is free

 


Satisfaction Guarantee 


  • Your experience matters to us. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll do our best to make it right. 

 


Photos / Social Media 


  • From time to time, we may take photos of finished cuts for our social media and portfolio. 
  • If you’d prefer not to be photographed or tagged, just let us know — we’ll always respect your privacy. 

 


Personal Belongings 


  • Please keep personal items with you during your visit. 
  • Clipper & Culture cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left unattended.

  • Use of the booking system is subject to Trafft’s terms of service. 

 


Pricing 


  • Service prices are subject to change and will be reflected in-store and online accordingly. 

 


Liability 


  • While we strive to meet all expectations, we are not liable for skin or hair reactions unless caused by proven negligence. 
  • Please inform us of any health concerns, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your service. 

 


Intellectual Property 


  • All content, logos, and promotional materials are the property of Clipper & Culture. 
  • Reuse without written permission is strictly prohibited.
